Special thank you to the National Guard for your support this year!

Student must have achieved an un-weighted 2.0 grade point average, on a 4.0 scale, in enrolled courses at the conclusion of the previous grading period. If a student GPA falls below the required 2.0 GPA athletic eligibility, they can request an Athletic Academic Waiver. An approved Athletic Eligibility Waiver provides a student scholastic athletic eligibility. The Athletic Waiver is good for up to one grading period not to exceed a semester at length. To qualify, the student must have met the requirements of the previous grading period of which they are applying for and has passed 20 credits.* They must be attempting eligibility during the probation period to remain eligible in the following grading period.
Please login to your AthleticClearance.com account to verify your student is cleared for their current sport. Athletes need to be "Cleared" for each sport. For example, if your student was previously "Cleared" to play Football and now wants to play Baseball, they need to also be "Cleared" for Baseball as some required forms may be different or have changed.
You can contact coaches ONLY after your son/daughter has been enrolled at WHS (that includes incoming 9th graders and transfers to WHS). That official date is June 1st. Until then, they are instructed to refer you to the Athletic Director or Principal.
