NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
As a condition of compliance with Education Code Section 60119 and California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 9531c, local governing boards are required to hold an annual public hearing and adopt a resolution stating whether each pupil in the district has, or will have prior to the end of that year, sufficient textbooks or instructional materials in each subject consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board of Education consistent with the compliance regulations of the Williams Settlement.
Therefore, a public hearing regarding instructional materials sufficiency, for the 2021-2022 school year, will be held on September 21, 2021 at the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting of the Windsor Unified School District. The school board meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The location of the meeting will be:

At this meeting Resolution 2022-02 will be considered for approval.
AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA
Como condición para cumplir con el Código de Educación Sección 60119 y del el Código de Regulaciones de California, Título 5, Sección 9531c, las Mesas Directivas locales requieren que se celebre una audiencia pública anual y adopten una resolución que indique si cada alumno en el distrito tiene o tendrá hasta el final de ese año, suficientes libros de texto o materiales de instrucción en cada materia de acuerdo con el contenido y los ciclos del marco curricular adoptado por la Junta de Educación del Estado de acuerdo con las regulaciones de cumplimiento del Acuerdo Williams.
Por lo tanto, el 21 de septiembre del 2021 se llevará a cabo una audiencia pública sobre la suficiencia de materiales de instrucción para el año escolar 2021-2022 en la reunión de la Mesa Directiva programada regularmente del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Windsor.
