Good Morning WUSD Families and Staff, 

We apologize for the unusually long delays in our testing result notification. We are in contact with the lab and have been told that they are experiencing both a high volume of tests as well as lab machinery issues. They hope to have the testing machinery issues worked out by the end of the day but the delay will persist until they have had time to process the backlogged tests.

 Unfortunately, this means some individuals will not be able to return to class until their test is processed. Vaccinated or not, Public Health requires all those with symptomatic students or staff to have a negative COVID test and 24-hours of being fever-free prior to return to school.  

  We will continue to monitor the situation and will send updates as we receive them.
