Hello WUSD staff and families,
Our testing sites now require you to have the following information added to your registration in order to obtain PCR results:
- Name of insurance company
- Member ID aka Policy number
- Group number if possible
- Those without insurance are no longer able to use our testing sites. This may change if the federal government extends funding for testing.
The lab should not bill you. They are billing insurance companies who were previously reimbursed by the federal government. This funding has dried up for now but Achieve Health Management will not be billing individuals, just insurance companies. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to determine your liability for these tests.
